January is the start of our New Year, the perfect time to set our intentions. We will join together releasing 2024 and setting our intentions for 2025 through meditation and embodying our intentions through the physical practice of asana/yoga. No workshop would be complete without some self love through facial rejuvenation and yummy (healthy) snacks.
Yoga Foundations
A beginners journey into Yoga.
We will meet for 5 consecutive weeks discussing and practicing all aspects of yoga. Starting at the very beginning, breaking down asana (postures), demonstrating pranayama (breath work) and much much more.
Cacao Ceremony - A New Years Special
The theme of this journey will be releasing 2024 and intention setting for the new year. Let us journey to the cave of the heart, honouring our inner wisdom and allow the messages to be revealed. Find out more.

Yin Yoga is a passive practice where we hold gentle postures for up to five minutes. This helps us to breathe deeper into the posture and access deeper layers of fascia. Holding the postures for longer also enables us to take the time to listen both to our body and mind.

Self Care Saturday
Join me for an indulgent morning of self-care.
We will start the morning with a gentle yoga practice, followed by a relaxing sound bath meditation. If the weather is on our side we will practice in the sunshine. We will finish the morning with tea and cake.
