Treat yourself by joining me for a beautiful evening of yin yoga and yoga nidra.
Yin Yoga is a passive practice where we hold gentle postures for up to five minutes. This helps us to breathe deeper into the posture and access deeper layers of fascia. Holding the postures for longer also enables us to take the time to listen both to our body and mind.
Yoga Nidra is also known as yoga sleep. As we take a journey of sensory awareness throughout the body falling into semi-hypnotic state where deep relaxation and restoration can take place.
These 2 practices combined are pure bliss leaving you feeling restored and relaxed. I can not wait to share them with you.
