Events Timetable
Yin Yoga is a passive practice where we hold gentle postures for up to five minutes. This helps us to breathe deeper into the posture and access deeper layers of fascia. Holding the postures for longer also enables us to take the time to listen both to our body and mind.
Yoga Nidra is also known as yoga sleep. As we take a journey of sensory awareness throughout the body falling into semi-hypnotic state where deep relaxation and restoration can take place.
The theme of this journey will be self love and releasing self criticism. Let us journey to the cave of the heart, honouring our inner wisdom and allow the messages to be revealed. Find out more.

We will start the morning with a sound meditation followed by the beautiful self care practice of Face Yoga. We will finish the morning with a nutritious brunch
